Dear Parents and Friends,
Another week ends - time is flying by so quickly! We only have two more weeks remaining of academic year 2020 and what a year it has been! We will reflect a little more on ‘the year that was’ in our final two editions of Bytes for 2020.
We are finalizing our staffing and placement for 2021 and we hope to share our plans with you soon – certainly before the end of term. Obviously with a decline in enrolments due to the COVID-19 pandemic, we have made many changes to staffing over the past few months and our plans for 2021 have also changed accordingly. Nevertheless, we are looking forward to a new era for AIS Indonesia in 2021, with the opening of our new campus. Mr. Henri completed his weekly visit of the new building to see the progress to date and he shared these images. The classrooms are really taking shape and with flooring, partitions and glazing being completed, along with deliveries of furniture, the excitement is really building!

Finally, a gentle reminder that Wednesday 9th December has been declared a National Holiday for Regional Elections. There will be no classes – face-to-face or online – on this day.
We wish you a wonderful weekend ahead.
Warm regards,
Ms. Jodi and Mr. Henri
